  THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! I ordered my furniture with Brad mid July and was willing to wait until mid August for the delivery. I gave them a call a few days before my delivery date and was told it’d be delivered the following Friday. Following Friday comes, I take off work and my furniture still wasn’t delivered. I was told by Liz I could come pick out new items if I wanted. I came in and placed a new order, never being told my original order was now here and ready for delivery. I waited another three or so weeks for the new items. I won’t mention the back and forth and promises to return my call I’ve had with Liz and Brad at this point (mostly Liz). My items arrive and my dresser is now out of stock but Brad did a good job of compensating me a few items. Delivery date is finally here and the delivery guy has the nerve to arrive almost three hours early but thank God someone was home. I signed an invoice for one price but the amount due was $100+ than what I signed for. I called to speak with Brad, who was never there when I needed to speak with management. Instead he had Liz relaying, who had horrible communication and an even worse attitude. Long story short, DON’T SHOP HERE! You can get attractive yet mediocre furniture from someone that values you and your money.

  Worst customer service ever!!! The first time I ever ordered from there I didn't get my daughters bedroom set until two weeks after my original delivery date. The second time they claimed that the dining room table was damaged so I had to wait again. Understandable. It's been two years and I went back to get a bedroom set thinking things would be different this time around. I was told my furniture will be delivered between 9-4 on a Friday. didn't receive it till 9:30 PM. To make matters worse after missing a whole day of work, they didn't have my dresser. The delivery men explained that they called the store to say it was damaged and that the store was supposed to call us... but never did. Then they told me it would get delivered by that Wednesday. So I call Tuesday to confirm and I had to argue with them because they told me that they said it would be delivered Friday, which wasn't the case. Then I wait all evening Friday and go figure it wasn't delivered again!! I had to call Saturday morning very upset and had to miss another day of work and waited for it to be delivered Saturday afternoon. To make matters worse I had to sit there and screw on everything by myself, had to put my headboard together by myself, because the delivery men didn't even do that which was supposed to be included with my total. The person I had spoke to said she would get back to me after she spoke to the manager for all the inconvenience...come today that I call they say there's nothing they can do for me. I was going to buy my couch and another dining room table from there, but for sure now that will Not be happening!!! Very upsetting!!! The sad part about it is I loved the bedroom set the other furniture we were going to buy but bc of how hard it has been to speak to anyone about what I had to go through to get my things, makes me never want to make another purchase again!!
