  The people at Quincy Street Distillery are so knowledgeable, I highly recommend taking the tour / tasting. Derrick taught us so much about the history of Whiskey, more than other tours we've taken. Try the corn whiskey and the baby bourbon... really try all of it. Amazing.

  if you take the tour know that it is very detailed. its much more a lecture that a tour. very nice guy but you get A LOT of information. over 2 hours worth. so if you are just in it to learn little something, it's too much. if you like A LOT of information its really good. I was always the kid in class that could not sit still. it was way too much for me, but my wife, who of course was the perfect student, really enjoyed it. it's not that I didn't enjoy it, it was just hard to sit still that long. the guy who gives the lecture is very knowledgable and is way into it at a very detailed level. other than that its a nice local business and glad its in our community.
