  First, let me say I hate being that guy that complains... But in this case, I have to tell my story dealing with these clowns. So, I needed some roof and ceiling repairs done to my house in Cicero. I was reading the Cicero Town newsletter and Father and Son's Home Improvement Service had a advertisement for their company in the newsletter. Unfortunately, the ad for Father and Son's company caught my eye and I called them out to my property for an estimate. The estimate was reasonable, but I should have done more research...
  
  I hired Father and Son's on 05/23/2017 and two days later, I handed them a check for $5,000 as a down payment. I was told by Ron, the owner of the company, that as soon as they had the down payment they would start work. 3 weeks pass by, I'm starting to feel like Ron may have forgotten me (I know he didn't forget the check for five grand though, he cashed that pretty fast!) So, I decide to give him a call to see how he and my $5,000 deposit are doing after 3 weeks of not hearing from him. Well, excuse my terrible manners for calling to see when work would start! Mr. Ron was VERY offended that I dared to call to get an update, he said to me: " I'm running a business that has over $250,000 in billings, and I don't have the time to call clients." So, it was very clear to me that I wasn't very important to this man nor was he terribly worried that he had taken my money and left me sitting not knowing what was going on for 3 weeks.
  
  Work did not start on my roof and ceiling until 8/1/2017 guys! 8/1/2017! That is what, 2 months and change waiting for this joker to do what I paid him to do!?! When work did start, I had guys coming without tools to work, I had to provide ladders, hammers, ventilation fans, etc... I don't know where Ron found these workers to come work on my home, but a lot of these guys, let me stress they were hard workers, but they were unprepared, had what seemed like absolutely no experience, I even had to provide transportation to some of them... Ron even tried to get me to work, after his workers repaired my ceiling, he then told me to clean the ceiling and to paint it!!!!!!! Can you believe it! I paid this man a total of $12,800 and he wants me to do the work!!!! Hahaha mercy, to top it all off guys, he tried to charge me $1,600 for nothing, now that I made him take off the bill.
  
  You can't help but laugh at this clown and his terrible company and the service he provides. Ron, you can't treat people like you treated me pal, this is a world of social media, where online reviews can make or break your company.... Google is just the first website I'm leaving a review on your company... There will be more.
  
  Guys, do yourself a favor an don't do business with Father and Son's Home Improvement. From the ratings the company has here on Google and the other reviews on Father and Son's, you WILL regret it.
  
  P.S. Guys, you'll love his Administrative Assistant, Nancy, absolutely no clue on client relations or customer service skills. Nancy, you should kiss Ron's feet for giving you a job, anywhere else lady, you'd be fired in a day.

  Never do business with them, they come make it seem nice, and bang you right up.
  I had a second floor addition built, and been issue after issue, and they don't want to fix it.
  Nancy is another, snake working there, she talks nice to you before signing up and us ignorant once they get paid. I would stay away.
